The aim of this paper is to explore the impact of the Global Financial Crisis on both Foreign Direct Investment and remittances from Sudanese Working abroad. Moreover, the study aimed at assessing the proposed policies that aimed at mitigating the negative impact which may took place as a result of the crisis. The methodology to be adopted in this paper is a combination of comparative, descriptive, and analytical methods; whereas the impact of the crisis on both FDI and remittances will be compared before and after the crisis. The paper will depend mainly on secondary sources of data.
